Jamnagar & Mundra, India
India's crude gateway on the Gulf of Kutch. We arrange tanker freight, discharge planning and inspection at Jamnagar, Sikka and Mundra.

The Gulf of Kutch in Gujarat is where much of India's imported crude arrives. Reliance's Jamnagar complex, the largest single-site refinery in the world at about 1.4 million barrels a day, sits on its southern shore and exports products worldwide.
Nearby, BPCL's single point mooring at Sikka feeds its Bina refinery, and Adani's port at Mundra pipes crude to refineries in north India. We fix tankers into the Gulf of Kutch, plan discharge at the moorings and appoint inspectors.
Three discharge points
Jamnagar refines more than 200 crude grades. Mundra has two single point moorings and 27 berths, and in January 2026 became the first Indian port to berth a fully laden VLCC. Crude from Mundra feeds Indian Oil and HMEL refineries by pipeline, and Sikka feeds BPCL's Bina refinery.
| Site | Role |

Rules for storage and vessels
PESO licenses petroleum storage in India under the Petroleum Rules 2002. Adani ports have barred tankers under Western sanctions since September 2025, and we screen every vessel before fixing.
