Industry Calendar

Eight recurring gatherings where the oil, storage and shipping communities meet, with their usual season and why each matters to terminal and freight clients.

Executives meeting in the CorEnergy boardroom in front of a large terminal map display

The bulk-liquid trade still runs on relationships, and much of the year's important conversation happens at a handful of recurring gatherings. Some are broad energy weeks that bring together producers, traders, financiers and policymakers. Others focus on terminals, tanks or shipping, and draw the people who run storage and charter the ships.

This calendar lists eight well-established events that matter to terminal users, traders and charterers, with their usual season and host city. Timing shifts from year to year and some events run every other year, so we give the typical season only. Always confirm dates and registration details with the organizer before you plan travel.

How to use this calendar

Use it to plan the year: which gatherings fit your role, which cities you will pass through, and when the people you need to see are likely to be traveling. This is a list of events that matter to the industry, not a list of our own appearances. If you want to meet our commercial desk around one of them, tell us in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Does this calendar show where CorEnergy will be?

No. It lists gatherings that matter to the bulk-liquid industry, not our own schedule. If you would like to meet our commercial desk around one of these events, contact us in advance and we will arrange a meeting in a format that suits you.

Why are no exact dates given?

Because dates, venues and even months change between editions, and some events run only every other year. We give the typical season so the page stays accurate. Confirm the current dates on the organizer's own website before booking travel.

Are there other events worth attending?

Many. Regional trading, biofuels, LPG and port conferences can be just as useful for specific products or routes. The eight listed here are long-established gatherings with broad relevance to storage, trading and tanker freight.
