Callao, Peru
Lima's fuel gateway. We arrange product freight, storage and inspection at Callao and the La Pampilla refinery.

Callao and neighbouring Ventanilla supply Lima, Peru's capital. Repsol's La Pampilla refinery accounts for more than half of Peru's refining, and the Callao terminal distributes gasoline, diesel, LPG and jet fuel to the city.
In the north, Petroperú's new Talara refinery has a design capacity of 95,000 barrels a day. We arrange product freight, storage and inspection.
Supplying Lima
The Callao terminal, owned by Petroperú and operated by Terminales del Perú, dispatches 200 to 250 tanker trucks a day.
- Product freight into Callao
- Terminal storage
- Independent inspection at discharge
- Tracking from load port to Peru
Regulators and prices
Osinergmin supervises fuel supply and the energy ministry (MINEM) sets policy. A fuel price stabilization fund can cushion pump prices.
