Karimun & Batam, Indonesia
Free trade zone storage next to Singapore. We arrange tankage, VLCC freight and inspection at the Karimun terminal.

Karimun sits on the Malacca Strait, about an hour from Singapore, inside a free trade zone. Its independent terminal, commissioned in 2016, serves as overflow storage for the Singapore trading hub.
The terminal has four deep-water berths that take VLCCs, at lower land and labour costs than Singapore. We arrange tankage, freight and inspection.
Storage beside Singapore
Cargoes stored at Karimun usually price off Singapore assessments. A large terminal was also planned at Batam but was delayed, so we confirm its status before relying on it.
- Crude and product tankage at Karimun
- VLCC and product freight
- Independent inspection at each transfer
- Tracking across the Malacca and Singapore straits
Commercial storage only
We arrange storage and freight only at licensed commercial terminals and berths.
