Accessibility Statement

We want every buyer, operator and visitor to be able to use this website and its tools, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

We aim for this website, the cargo tracker, the tank-availability tool and the buyer portal to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the W3C standard published in October 2023. We test with keyboards, screen readers and browser zoom, and we treat accessibility faults as defects to fix, not features to add later.

This statement describes what we have done, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us about a problem. It covers the public pages, the tracker, the availability tool and the signed-in portal, and we update it as we fix issues or add features. It was last reviewed in October 2026.

What we have done

We design and build to WCAG 2.2 AA from the start, including the criteria added in version 2.2 for focus visibility, target size, consistent help and accessible authentication. The main measures are listed below. Where a criterion cannot be met by design alone, we record the gap in the known limitations on this page.

  • Every function, including tracker map controls and portal forms, works by keyboard with a visible focus indicator
  • A skip link and consistent headings and landmarks for screen-reader navigation
  • Contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and interface parts, in light and dark themes
  • Content that reflows at 320 CSS pixels wide and stays usable at 200 percent zoom
  • Click and touch targets of at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels
  • Tracking-map waypoints also listed as text, in order, for people who cannot use the map
  • Sign-in that works with password managers and paste, without puzzles to solve

Reduced motion

If your device is set to reduce motion, the website respects it. The home-page slideshow stops advancing on its own, decorative transitions are switched off, and the tracking map moves to a new position without animated panning. Moving content that starts automatically can always be paused, stopped or hidden, as WCAG success criterion 2.2.2 requires.

Known limitations

Some parts of the website come from third parties and are outside our full control. The website chat widget (Chatwoot) and the Google Translate widget have their own interfaces, and screen-reader announcements, focus handling and contrast inside them may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Machine translation may also produce text that reads poorly or changes the meaning of technical terms.

The security check on forms, Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA, usually runs without any task but may occasionally present a challenge. If you cannot complete it, contact us by email or phone and we will handle your request directly. Documents supplied by third parties, such as some inspection certificates in PDF, may not be tagged for accessibility.

Report a problem

If something does not work for you, tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser and any assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five business days and will tell you what we will fix and when, or offer another way to get what you need in the meantime.
