Cartagena, Colombia
Refining and deep-water storage on the Caribbean. We arrange crude and product freight, storage and inspection in Cartagena Bay.

Cartagena Bay is naturally 16 to 19 metres deep, enough for large tankers without dredging. It is home to Reficar, Colombia's largest and most complex refinery, run by Ecopetrol, which produces about 210,000 barrels a day.
Independent storage is available at Puerto Bahía, which has eight large tanks and a two-berth jetty. We arrange crude and product freight, storage and inspection.
Refinery and storage
Puerto Bahía, run by Frontera Energy, has eight tanks of 334,000 barrels each. A pipeline link to Reficar has been agreed but is not yet in service.

- Storage at Puerto Bahía
- Independent inspection at the jetties
- Tracking across the Caribbean
Prices in Colombia
