About us

Careers

Work where measurement, safety and plain dealing matter more than titles. Here are the role families we hire into, what we look for and how to apply.

CorEnergy Logistics stores and moves bulk liquids for clients who need to know, at every moment, where their product is and how much of it there is. That work is done by people who gauge tanks, fix ships, write code, check counterparties and stop jobs that are not safe. Every role contributes to the same promise: every barrel accounted for.

This page describes the role families we hire into rather than listing vacancies. If your experience fits one of them, we would like to hear from you through our careers contact form. Our head office is in Cheyenne, Wyoming; operational roles are based where the terminals and the work are.

What we look for

We look for people who are exact, calm under pressure and honest about what they do not know. In this business a missed decimal, an unchecked counterparty or a rushed hot-work permit can cost far more than a missed deadline. Industry experience matters for most operational roles, but attitude to accuracy and safety matters in all of them.

  • Accuracy: you check the figure before you send it
  • Safety: you stop a job that is not right, and say why
  • Integrity: you raise a concern rather than work around it
  • Clear writing: short, factual, readable by a client
  • Curiosity about how product, paper and money move together

Credentials that help

No single credential is required for every role, and many are earned on the job. The ones below are common in our industry and help an application in the relevant family. Where a role requires one by law, such as a TWIC for unescorted access to a regulated terminal, we say so during the process.
