Using the website

You may use the website to learn about our services, contact us, check tracking information you are entitled to see and, if you are a verified portal user, view your own account. You must not misuse it or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms CorEnergy, our customers or other users.

• Do not try to access tracking numbers, links or accounts that are not yours
• Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-query the tracker or the availability tool
• Do not probe, overload or bypass the security of the website or portal
• Do not share portal credentials or private tracking links with anyone not entitled to them
• Do not use our name, documents or content to suggest a connection with CorEnergy that does not exist

Tracking and availability information

Tracking information is operational information. It shows where a cargo or conveyance is reported to be and the waypoints it has passed, based on data from vessels, carriers, terminals and other sources. Positions can be delayed or wrong, and arrival times are estimates. Tracking information is not a bill of lading, a storage or warehouse receipt, a certificate of quantity or quality, a delivery order or any other document of title, and it does not prove ownership of any product.

Tank availability shows indicative status, days and prices at the time you look. It is not an offer that you can accept. A tank is reserved or booked only under a signed Tank Storage Agreement after KYC verification is complete.

Links and third-party services

The website links to, and embeds services from, third parties, including Google Translate, a website chat service and security-check providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Machine translation can be inaccurate, particularly for technical terms; the English text of this website is the version that applies.

Intellectual property

The website, its text, design, images and software, and the CorEnergy name and marks, belong to CorEnergy Logistics or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, adapt or republish them, or use our name or marks, without our written permission. Using our name or letterhead on any document we did not issue is prohibited and may be reported to the authorities.

Liability

The website and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, CorEnergy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, cargo value or trading opportunity, arising from use of or reliance on the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here changes the liability terms of any signed service agreement.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the website, unless a mandatory law where you live gives you another forum.
