Huelva, Spain
An energy port moving into biofuels. We arrange crude freight, product loading and inspection at Huelva and the La Rábida Energy Park.

Huelva is an energy port built around Moeve's La Rábida Energy Park, formerly run by Cepsa. Crude arrives through an offshore single-buoy mooring and a sea line to the refinery.
Moeve and Exolum are investing €299 million in loading infrastructure for a second-generation biofuels plant. We arrange crude freight, product loading and inspection.
Crude by buoy
The offshore buoy sits in about 22 metres of water and serves tankers up to 16.5 metres draught. Other berths include Decal España's jetties and an Enagás LNG jetty.
- Crude freight to the Huelva buoy
- Product and biofuel loading
- Independent inspection at each transfer
- Tracking from load port to Huelva
Biofuels and SAF
The new infrastructure will serve Moeve's second-generation biofuels plant, which produces renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel.
