Mombasa, Kenya
East Africa's gateway for refined products. We arrange freight, discharge and inspection for cargoes landing at Kipevu Oil Terminal II in Mombasa.

Mombasa is the main entry point for refined products into Kenya, Uganda and neighbouring inland markets. Kipevu Oil Terminal II, commissioned in 2022, receives tankers and feeds the Kenya Pipeline Company network to Nairobi, Nakuru, Kisumu and Eldoret.
Kenya buys most of its fuel through a government-to-government arrangement with Gulf suppliers, which runs to early 2028. We fix product freight, coordinate discharge with the terminal operator and appoint inspectors at the jetty.
From jetty to inland depots
The Kenya Pipeline Company has run Kipevu Oil Terminal II since April 2024 and handles discharge and quality acceptance. The terminal takes crude, heavy fuel oil, kerosene, diesel and petrol, and has an LPG line. Product moves inland by pipeline to KPC depots.
