How onboarding works

1Application
You send this form. It goes to the commercial desk, not to an automated approval.
2KYC and screening
We ask for incorporation documents, signatory ID, proof of address and ultimate beneficial owners, and screen every party against the OFAC lists.
3Agreement
Storage and freight are contracted under a signed agreement. Nothing is reserved against a pre-payment without one.
4Portal access
Once verified, you receive a personal registration link to the buyer portal, in your language.
