Tracking & Portal
Three tools show where your product is, which tanks are free and what you hold in storage. One tracking number opens the same record on the public tracker or a private link, in any language.

Most questions a cargo owner asks a terminal come down to three: where is my product now, is there a tank for my next parcel, and how much do I hold in storage. We run three online tools that answer them directly, so a trader, buyer, banker or inspector does not have to wait for an email reply to know where things stand.
Each movement we handle gets one tracking number. That number works on the public tracker for anyone who has it, and on a private link that we send to named recipients. Both show the same route, waypoints and statuses, and both display in whatever language the reader chooses, so a seller and a buyer in different countries read the same facts.

Step-by-step use of the tracker, tank availability and buyer portal, plus languages and sharing.

Follows a cargo from origin to destination. Every waypoint sits on a map in order, A to Z, with a status and a short plain-language description: nominated, vessel fixed, NOR tendered, loading, sailed, discharging, outturn. The conveyance carrying the cargo, whether tanker, barge, railcar, truck or pipeline, sets the symbol on the map.
Tank-Farm Availability
Shows which tanks are available, reserved, booked, occupied or under maintenance, with each tank farm pinned on a map from its address. A booked tank shows a green light with the number of days and the price. The terminal decides which other details appear, such as owner or lessor, lessee, city and phone.
Buyer / Receipt-Holder Portal
For KYC-verified buyers and receipt holders only. After verification you sign in and see your allocation: grade, quantity in metric tons and barrels, tank number, terminal and status, with the documents that support each figure. No portal account and no storage receipt exists for anyone before KYC is complete.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to track a cargo?
No. The public tracker needs only the tracking number. Private links need no account either, but they go only to the recipients we send them to. The Buyer / Receipt-Holder Portal is different: it requires a verified account issued after KYC.
Can I read the tracker in my own language?
Yes. Every tracking page, public or private, can be displayed in any language the reader selects. The record, the waypoints and the statuses stay the same; only the display language changes.
Can I reserve a tank from the availability page?
The availability page shows what is free and on what terms. A booking is made with our storage team under a signed Tank Storage Agreement. We never ask for payment to reserve or inspect a tank without one.
